Here I sit at 7 a.m., and I am faced with what appears to be a severed head!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I recommend highly niacin for anybody who wants to reduce cholesterol. After a year of daily niacin my cholesterol has fallen from 230 to 150.
Sheesh, just another severed head. Doesn't even make the news anymore. . .
ReplyDeleteVery good on the cholesterol control! Niacin works, but for most the amount one has to take to achieve the results you did causes profound flushing. I'm glad it worked so well for you.
